Wow, sorry you had troubles using our tool.
I have sold about 150 of these and you are only the
second person to have a problem. The first guy had a
plug that was swollen so bad that the threads stripped
on the tool... I sent him a second one and he was able to
get the plug out.

If you had notified me you were having problems, I would
have been happy to send you another tool or refund your
money.

I bought one of these glow plug tools. It worked like a charm on the first
glow plug. It broke on the second plug and was useless after that. The core
of the tool isn't heat treated and is to soft to stand up to much use. After
doing some research, I found a much cheaper and much more effective way to
pull swollen glow plugs. Go to the hardware store and buy a metric nut.(10mm
x 1mm)I found mine at Aubuchon Hardware for 63 cents. You'll also need a
