At last years GREAT rally, a certain M series (POS) M109 shop van was
positioned such that there was a porta-pottie just in front of it in case
the
owner who shall remain nameless (Hank) was taken to needing those facilities
each and every time he attempted to start his (POS) M109.

It was also observed by our neighbors to the north who shall also remain
nameless
(VT) who though it appropiate to paint said nameless (POS) M109 pink and
boldly display it on their web site.

As this nameless person (Hank) will attest, we need rules for those 'lesser'
HMVs
which shall remain nameless (M series POS) to have them segregated to the
DMZ
(Dog Mess Zone) at this GREAT rally so that they would feel more at home....
