Quick way is open passenger side door, look at tubing with valve where
passengers toes would be. Make sure valve is closed, remove plug and install
a female quick coupler of your preferred flavor to match what you use on
your air hose. I use the more expensive Universal female so I can use or
connect any style of connector, which is $8 or so at local auto stores.
If you want authentic stuff, Vermont Commercial Salvage has/had the
original hose that hooks up to the existing connector on the passenger side
floor air line, not the later glad hand setup.

Hey guys as part of my road side repair kit I want to take an air hose and
tire pressure gauge. Do these tires have standard valve stems in them? Also
what fittings will I need to hook into the trucks air supply with my hose?
Thanks.
