Hi Neil,

Not that I am an expert or anything, but I do know that people haul MULEs
in M101/M101A1 trailers. In fact, that is the only reason I bought a
M101 trailer :-)

The problem is that even with the standard tires it can't quite fit
inbetween the wheel wells. Something like 1" too narrow or something.
So what you need to do is build some sort of ramp so that MULE can get
up and OVER the wheel wells.

There is an additional problem of the wheel wells being almost the same
height as the bottom of the gas tank. So after ratcheting down the MULE
it risks having the gastank whacked by the wheel well when going over
bumps. Apparently all that is needed is an inch or two platform under
the wheels to give the MULE enough clearance for this to not be a problem.

I myself have already designed a metal and wood arrangement, but I have
had other projects in need of my attention first and therefore haven't
done it yet. Plus, my trailer is making an excellent Weasel parts shed
at the moment :-)

Steve
