m1009 head light fuse blowing

m1009 head light fuse keeps blowing only after the head lights are on
1.the fuse connection at the head light fuse is a bit hot

2 will not blow until fuse is hot

3 works ok until head lights are turned on at the head light switch

Ive looked for shorts. will check ground wires tomorrow has any body had
this problem ?
