I just got back from a week-end up in the high country..camped at 12,000
feet last night.
I can not believe this stuff is still going on over the 90 wt..??
Guys...there are antique cars on the road with over 60 years of driving
under their gears !! My T-Bird is a 1957...transmission is like new..90
wt.....my 1939 Ford has perfect synchros...90 wt/......my 42 Ford GPW has 90
wt...perfect transmission. This is crapola... There is nothing wrong with 90
wt...it is plain old "operator error" that trashes a transmission. A bit of
an additive will even make the 90 wt better. Anyone that says 90 wt is bad
for a transmission need to see a shrink !! Gene
