The Internet and the telephone systems land and cell Has been monitored for
certain words or phrases used in the same sentence or in the same string or
thread. This has been going on for sometime before 911 it is common and
"exercised" for national security.
As for Display Equipment that the VFW and some other organizations like
airports and parks and even cemeteries this equipment "almost always" is in
there possession as custodians and the custodian has signed an agreements to
return said equipment to the agency of issue at such time it no longer
requires it use.
Selling or receiving this Government owned equipment is a Federal crime
unless the proper release forms are given from the original
branch or office that released the loaned equipment or property to the
custodians.
