One correction Floyd......I beg to differ. I own a vehicle with a title that
was traded by the CMH...Center of Military History, Automotive and Tank
Command...in Mich. They dole out the vehicles to the VFW and cities.
They traded this vehicle I have for one thay wanted for a base Museum..and
gave a title to boot...free and clear....
They can and do .
