There was a post asking where to buy these. They are tiny (roughly 1/4 in.
on a side) cork seals are available from Memphis Equip. and SEECO. I bought
mine when I ordered replacement hub seals. They fit in the keyway of the
spindle after the outer bearing has been inserted and when the big keyed
washer is installed it pushes the cork into the keyway under the bearing to
seal it.
