M35 air conditioning

Anyone successfully A/C'd one of these? (to Texas specifications, I mean
when it is 100 outside, it is 70 inside.. :)

The best ideas I have come up with so far are to:

* Have a custom hardtop made for it, and fit a 15000 BTU RV style AC on
the roof. Add an RV genset where the toolbox is. Fuel tank for that goes
where the pioneer tools would go.

* Have a large capacity underdash unit (or pair of them) installed,
along with a large enough compressor. But where to put the condenser?
Also, unless I can get 24000+ BTU, I don't want to go hanging things on
the engine!

Either way, I'd probably need to get some 3/8" rubber insulating
material and cover the floor and firewall, as well as other areas..

I don't mind customizing since mine is not a showpiece but a work and
play truck.
