I've had quite a few M35A2s come in that had a data plate warning
to keep turbo engine below 1,000 rpm for five minutes after starting and
also allow to idle for the same amount of time for a cool down prior
to shutting off.
I wonder why they were designed to allow the oil filters to drain down,
causing the no oil pressure on start?
