Who could help but notice? I suppose it's a case of raising dues to
cover production costs, or lowering quality. I personally prefer quality
and have sent many letters to various manufacturers that produce
quality USA made goods and give them a pat on the back. Not that
I expected it, but a letter to BIC Lighters got me coupons for five
free BIC Lighters!
