Another variation on the lotto scam. If you reply they will probably ask
for something in the neighborhood of $1500.00 up front fee for
"administrative costs". I have two bits of advice: 1. Don't reply to this
scam by sending any money or giving any personal information about yourself
and 2. Try to keep this list for messages related to military vehicles
only!
