M35 Wiper Arm ?

Greetings, has anybody encountered different wiper arm and subsequently wiper
motor shaft configurations on the G742 and G744 trucks? While changing out a
windshield I came across one that was drilled and pinned together. This came
off a windshield panel that has the wiper motor offset to one side by about
3". Seems odd to me. Anybody else?
