As long as the BDUs you are wearing in your M35 do not say 'army' on them, that is, no branch of service is on the service name tape, it's not impersonating, it's fashion or maybe haloween. You can of
course have your name on the personnel name tape.

M35 -Just drive it! Cops always look at mine, mostly with envy. Never been stopped yet. Your dummy gun may be another issue. Might indeed interest a cop. Is there a canvas cover for the gun?
