CLEAN and NOT Interfering is the part 97 rules,
 Nothing is spoken of about bandwidth, just stay inside the bands .
FIX EM, YES, make it a good clean signal, don't change them !
Otherwise, I sugest we all move back to CW only, that has a much smaller
bandwidth.
