The socket is 3"x3/4" drive x 8-point.
Snug the inner nut, back off 1/8th turn (one flat on the socket).
A lot of the trucks I have worked on had the nuts removed and
reinstalled using the hammer and chisel method. Common
motor pool practice. Also found 2x3s holding a door glass up
in a truck we got in recently :)
