Drum or disk? I assume drum, from the description. You could try
spraying it with aerosal Kroil around the edge of the backing plate/drum
seam, and soaking it a couple of times. Then tap it with a mallet
around the shoes while attempting to rotate it with a pry bar between
the wheel studs (be sure to protect the threads first). That, or
possibly heating it with a rosebud torch over the shoes to expand the
metal away, MIGHT work (although that might have a bad effect on the
metal of the drum). If ALL ELSE fails, there's always the "bigger
hammer" method. Go ahead and plan on buying another drum, and then just
use a sledge hammer to shatter the old one off!!!
