If you experience a total hydraulic failure and need to use the hand brake,
DO NOT attempt to slow down with it. It will become useless instantly!

It does not have enough area to take the heat. If you have to use it, you
get
one shot. Pull with all your might and attempt to lock the wheels. Do NOT
attempt to slow down with it.... Been there done that.

Also, on your way to the handle, engage the front axle too. This will give
you
a few more wheels.
