M-35 breaks - Gone & WTB parts for M-35

I started working on one of my deuces that has been sitting now for probably
two years. It started on the first try!!
It has no breaks and the rpm meter plus temp gage are malfunctioning. Which
TM should I use to look up how to fix these problems.

I also need the following parts:

Inside heater box for a M-35.
Cab cover, either Hardtop or vinyl (green camo) with the supporting tubes.
One M-109 rear window blast cover (the thin sheat metal you pull up or down
the shop windows).
