An oil leak is a strong possibility, but there's another problem
that will produce "oil" dripping from the exhaust. Too long of
a warm up at idle will allow unburned diesel to collect in the
exhaust pipe and start dripping. Never allow the engine to idle
for long periods of time. Long warm ups do more harm than
good. If you insist on a long wam up, bump the rpm's up to
about a thou.
