I have a M16 and a M1 carbine that I use in my M37 and Mighty Mite,never
had a problem.
The only ones that would make an issue of it would be ones that need to
live elsewhere!
If they don't like it I guess they have to lump it!
It is your right to display your vehicle as close as possible to the one
that was used by the Military during War time(or peace time).
These are pieces of living History and should be treated as such.
Get your M1Garand and display it proudly!!!
