BTW: I forgot about the 3rd type, the kind that comes apart in the middle.
Most tire stores will not touch them as they are (I guess) the most
dangerous.
You can tell them by a raised band on the inside of the wheel where the hub
of the wheel attaches to the rim of the wheel. It is about 2-3" wide. With
these you cannot tell if they are together correctly, hence the danger.
