I have that Manual its heavy and the seller is probably using UPS no break
there it can go cheaper in a bulk mailer or by ground at the post office but
it will only be $1.75 less according to my scale and latest info per USPS.
$1.75 is nothing its not even handling or the gas to get to the post
office......
A lot of sellers are using PayPal because they have a neat service that
allows you to prepay and print a UPS shipping invoice from there site and
then hand the box to a UPS driver saves time and money except there is a
small charge from paypal might just be that $1.75 handling fee you think...
