Hard to say from your description what it is worth. Lots of un answered
questions. Is it a M37?, M37b1? or have a top, rust, military lights, a
picture is worth a
thousand words. I'll guess and say winch, pto, shaft, and bumper should
be worth $750 or more. Truck running without box let's say $750 for a low
bid, probably more like $1000. Now that I've stuck my neck out, I wouldn't
pay over $1000 probably more like $750 for all.
You should know I'm cheap (I'd offer them $500), but practical.
A box is easy to find (lots of parts trucks out there), but have been
told a
good tailgate is pretty rare. Bolts that hold bed on are hard to find also.
There are tons of spare parts for these vehicles, and a lot around for sale.
Some really high, some really low.
As far as 12 volt if it works leave it for now and slowly collect parts
to
change it back if you need an authentic vehicle, if not 12 works the same
as 24 if done right.
Feel free to email me with more questions.
