I doubt such a vehicle would be stolen. Generally vehicles are stolen
for parts, radios, or possibly joy rides. Hard to joy ride at 45 mph
with a dozen cops chasing you because only one vehicle on the road in the
state fits the APB :-)

Seriously though, I don't worry about it where I live. My only street
legal vehicle is a Pinzgauer and it has a kill "plug". Removing that
means nothing workie. Nobody but a Pinz person would know where to look.
 Plus, the Pinz comes with a key ignition. Removing the key should be
good enough, even though anybody with a thick fingernail can start it
without the key :-)
