My guess would be over 18k, but that is due to the stuff with the truck and
the implied condition due to the stuff.
maybe as high as 28k, if buyer is on site, truck is primo and he or she(one
could hope) has a real need.
Keep in mind, if you plan to bid don't discuss your bid here, it could be
construed as collusion.
Wish I could get in, cash is short right now.
