Dave, is that the one that had the external tanks and impacted the runway
after a loop or the one just recently into a swamp after a engine failure
after take off.
I too have lost friends in aviation. I have also witnessed a few
incidents, only one being fatal. (Harry Doan in his Skyraider at
titusville). As a aircraft mech, even though you dont know them, some how
you still feel the loss.
