I was more worried about traction loss - which is the better axle to
disable, the front or the rear of the tandem. Seems at first glance that
the front might be better to disable than the rear. I don't have lockers
in either of my axles. It sure would be nice to have a lockable coupling
in the interaxle drive shaft.
