You could replace original equipment amour with standard CRS. For show
couldn't you.
Keeping the original amour as is for authenticity. Unless it's going to be
used in combat, I would think this would be cheaper to do.

This is just my thought, I understand keeping vehicles original is
important, but as an ex-machinist I would think guys with 1/2-tracks could
make this amour up pretty in expensively.

My M16 Halftrack was cut into dozens of pieces, the welder who put it all
back together used Chrome rods -it cost me a fortune. If you have a crack,
you wont be able to drill it from the exteriour, but seem to be able to do
