suppressers in various places. There is some capacitance between the wiring and
the chassis, for sure, but it's pretty small. There could also be capacitors
across the power line in a radio that could be in circuit even if the radio is
turned off.

Check the current draw with a milliammeter with everything turned off, as has
been previously suggested, to determine the stead state drain.
