In response to an inquiry by another lister, the official policy of the CA
SMR strickly forbids the use of any Privately Owned Military Vehicle (POMV)
in tactical training areas of any military installation. There are a couple
of other CANNOT and CAN do's. Otherwise, they make great GTA's.
