From what I was able to gather when I got my deuce, the numbers on the
right are usually the COMPANY and VEHICLE NUMBER.

So your's was probably assigned to Company B, and it was vehicle
number 115 or 115T. The "T" I have not seen before, but it probably
means "trailer".
