Subject: [MV] MV Louvers in Iraq

An Army buddy and I have been exchanging email on what I call "louvers" on
many of the MVs in Iraq. They appear on sides/rear/doors of Abrams,
Bradleys, HMWVVs and even the cargo sides of a M35 Maintenance truck working
on an Abrams. I suggested that they are covers for cooler evaporation units.

We will appreciate knowing the correct purpose of these louvers and any
other associated info.
