I have registered two Hummers in California and only had a little trouble
with DMV, It was a snap once I found the right office. What part of the
state are you in?
If you have specific questions fire away. You should have no problem with
the DMV in California they are quite happy taking your money...
Do you have a title or is your Humvee untitled? If you are starting from
scratch you need a bill of sale (form97) and a statement of facts unless you
are doing revived junk then its a lot more work.
You can contact me off list and I can tell you were to get all the forms you
need on line and you should be ready to parade in no time...
