Your best bet will probably be to clean the paint off of your current
units. Try Goof-Off.

Saturn Surplus used to carry 4-piece NOS sets (that's where I got
mine) but I don't know if they have them any longer.

The NSN for the front blackout lights is "6220-01-156-4475" and
"6220-01-156-4476" for the rears.
