I've had locking handles on my deuce for years. It's cheap and simple.
Go to any store that sells garage door handles. These have locks.
Remove the door handle from your deuce. Use a saw and a grinder to make
the rod coming off of the garage door handle the same length and shape
as the original door handle on the deuce. Sand blast the garage door
handle and paint it to match your deuce and install. Very simple.
