guys,
I need a 4-cylinder 25-40hp diesel.
I've got an old 12kw Thermoking gen-set with
a rod sticking out of the block...<g>.
Original engine is Mercedes OM636....about
24-27 hp....also common in these units was
an Isuzu C201....really good motor too.
Local TK dealer has used-running for $500,
but that's way over our heads....if anyone
has one for a c-note or two...running; please
let me know. Would like to get this running
for the cabin where we live. We're in SW
Oregon.
PS; many many TK units from reefer-trucks
use this same engine....driving a big A/C
compressor 'stead of a generator...if ya know
where there's one sitting in a field...
