Yeah, well let me tell you a real sad story:

I maintain the phones in the local insurance company,
overheard conversations tell me NO ONE wants to be in
the insurance business in NYS!! It's too much hassle
for everyone concerned and no one is making any money
except the lawyers.

The lady who runs the office wants to retire and no
one else in the office wants to take over!
