Listers,
On Saturday June 21, at 0900 to 1400, there will be a fly-in and open house at the west end of Stead
Field. This is also the weekend that this years air race pilots brush up on their pylon racing
skills so there should be a lot of aircraft activity.
Stead Field, is the site of the National Air Races held every September and is located 12 miles
north of Reno, NV off of U.S. 395 at Stead Blvd.
I talked to Dave Miller, the car coordinator, and all military vehicles are welcome. If you bring a
MV your breakfast AND lunch is FREE.
There will be lots of air race planes, warbirds, hot rods and other oddities to ogle and Dave thinks
that the crowd would like to ogle MV's too.
For more info see:

Everyone is welcome, even if you don't have an MV, so c'mon up and chow down.
