Hi Kenny,

For a "in good shape, tested and working" PRC-77 I would say around $300.00
for the radio itself and around $50.00 for the kit of accessories to get it
up and working. I would also see Mr. Brooke Clarke and purchase one of his
wonderful battery adapters to operate that unit.

As for operating it with a Technicians License, yes you can on the six meter
band. I do it all the time and it's a lot of fun. Best to talk to other
green radios though, it's a lot easier that way.
