Sure. There are two ways, actually:
The first is the mailing list's web site itself at:
http://www.mil-veh.org/archives/index.html
You cannot search the archives from the above page.
The second method below is better if you want to search the archives
before posting a question to the list, and is through Google at:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=lang_en&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=site%3Awww.mil-veh.org
and put your search term AFTER the "site:www.mil-veh.org"
in the Search field, such as "site:www.mil-veh.org m35a2".
