So what they are sayin' in this article is that they would like the MV
collectors world to have a convention in their town to decide which vehicle
would be appropriate..

I don't know what tank is currently present, but it appears they need an
older more historic tank. Perhaps, some locals need to drive theirs up and
park them in the lot for a short period. I'd recommend registering the tank
and parking it in the parking lot.
