Right. And anybody who asks about operating a gun is going to go postal
sometime soon. As a matter of fact, anybody looking for help restoring
a military vehicle is probably building up an army.

But yeah, anybody who'd try to learn how to fly a helicopter by reading a
-10 manual would probably crash... Although that crash would probably happen
right there...

If this country is a maximum security zone, where everybody is under
suspicion, then vehicle and hammer sales must be suspended immediately and
all current owners interrogated. Those things kill people, you know...
Otherwise, one should not be assumed to be up to no good/harassed/
followed/etc. simply for speaking or asking for information. IMHO.
