SMALLER MV CLUTCH QUESTION

On the surface this may be questioned as off-topic but
does anyone have the procedure or can describe the
proper method for removing an electric clutch from a
vertical shaft 8hp Briggs and Stratton engine (looks
like a Stens 255351 on 1"shaft).

MV relevance, this is a genuine mil surplus Homelite
(Jacobsen) mower from Ft. Hood, complete with rear
panel unit markings. EUC was not required.
