huh....well, as good an engine as it was, the
much-trumpeted Cat 3208 was considered a
"throwaway" too! They used millions of
'em in cheap delivery trucks.
Nowadays tho, a lot of people rebuild them...
Every company has made a 'disposable'.
The multi-fuel is a great engine; and if I had
a bad one, with a good block, I wouldn't
hesitate to rebuild it.
