Microsoft NEVER sends personal e-mail to anybody regarding any sort of
warnings or virus attacks, etc.
They post the news that a change/fix/upgrade is available and sit back and
wait for you to come to them.

Any time you get a personal message it is a hoax or carrier of a virus.
Delete without opening.
