Yeah but if you look at what we spent/blew on other people in the last
sixty years, it would really upset you. Let's see what I can remember
offhand.....:
Fought the Jewish terrorists
Fought the Chicoms in Korea
Fought the Chinese Malay Terrorists
Defended Brunei against the Indonesians (the deniable war)
Cleared the Commies out of Dhofar
Wasted billions in Northern Ireland against all brands of Irish
terrorist.
Now then, that's just the ones that spring to mind - gimme 10% of that
expenditure and I'll show you free healthcare for all for a hundred
years.
Political priorities mate. Simple as that.
