Hey Ram;

Well thanks for the routing advice, but I prefer an answer.  I have the Chiltons, but no military manuals- cause they suck- and was hoping for some sort of answer.  But as most of you here like to discuss politics (no answer people) and CNN (strewed advice on world politics, still no answer) or Stealth-Super Gun trucks, I was just throwing this out there for those who would answer with an answer.  But thanks for telling me where to look in case I couldnt find it in my simple chiltons manual.

 I really didnt think that I would get but a few prople who said this:  Take the manifold hose route it with the valve to the bottom of the heater, and the other hose take it from the pump to the upper port on the heater.  That is the quick answer that I was looking for Ram.

I know you are quick witted most of the time with the other 2 jokers that you always mention, and have fun with then talking about Rusted trucks and how to paint them and such, but .......I was looking for an answer.

Flame away Brother, Im in the bunker and got all my PPE on!  Dont for get I' an Active Duty SSgt (that would be US Marine) and know people around you with trucks that run!  Just having fun in the sun in Kalifornia!

The water shut off valve usually sticks open and the wire from the dash is ineffective at that point...just kinking and protesting... The hose routing is the same as civvy. and any junque yard should yield ample opportunity to eyeball and pick up spares... of course you have looked at all the manuals...TM 9-2320-266-10 thru 34P RAM

Esteemed list members;
What is the correct routing for the water heater hoses? Off the intake manifold, water pump, upper connection to heater and the lower connection are the 4 points, what goes where?
I think they were on the wrong way, if there is one, and it was REALLY hot in the cab even with everything off. Thats why I ask. And there the valve in one of the lines, if it matters where that goes too?
Thanks
