Could be temporary and must be a dns problem
Try to get to the web site. www.mil-veh.org and I'll almost bet it doesn't work
either.
If so, you may want to change your primary dns to one of these -
216.110.45.246
167.206.3.223
167.206.3.157

If that fixes it, leave these in place for a couple of days and then retry your
old settings if you notice a negative difference in speed looking up web pages,
because your old dns may be closer to you and it gets used a lot.
